IMC prides itself on its practical and effective approach to resolving pre-litigation and litigation disputes.  Lynne Davis attended the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, and she conducts private mediations and acts as a federal court panel mediator for the Central District of California.  She employs a responsive, adaptable and innovative approach to mediation that has resulted in a stellar settlement record.
